RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Please contact us at Design@lousurfacepattern.com to begin the return process. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund.

CANCELLATIONS
To request a cancellation, please contact Design@lousurfacepattern.com within 24 hours of placing your order. While all sales are generally final, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

DAMAGED ITEMS
All orders are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If your item arrives damaged, please email Design@lousurfacepattern.com within 24 hours of delivery and include the following:

  • Your full name and order number (found in your confirmation email)

  • A clear photo of the damaged item

  • Photos of the interior packaging and shipping box

We will work with you promptly to resolve the issue.
